Can AlgoVesta access or withdraw my funds?
No. AlgoVesta uses read-only API connections with trade-only permissions. We never request withdrawal access. Your funds remain on your exchange at all times, under your full control. We cannot move, transfer, or withdraw any assets from your account.
How are my API keys protected?
Your API keys are encrypted using AES-256 military-grade encryption and stored in isolated, access-controlled infrastructure. Keys are never exposed in logs, transmitted in plain text, or accessible to our team. Each key is bound to trade-only permissions with no withdrawal capability.
Is two-factor authentication (2FA) available?
Yes. We support 2FA via Google Authenticator and email verification. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on both your AlgoVesta account and your exchange accounts for maximum security.
What happens if my exchange account is compromised?
Since AlgoVesta only holds trade-only API keys with no withdrawal permissions, an attacker cannot access your funds through our platform. We recommend immediately revoking your API keys from your exchange dashboard and generating new ones. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist.
What is the Neural Scoring Matrix?
The Neural Scoring Matrix is our proprietary 14-engine signal evaluation system. Each potential trade is analyzed across 14 independent engines including MLP neural networks, Bayesian Gaussian Process, LSTM time-series analysis, and HMM Viterbi regime detection. A signal must score above the 72/100 threshold to be executed, ensuring only high-conviction trades pass through.
How does the CVD consensus system work?
Our Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) system aggregates real-time order flow data from 9 major exchanges simultaneously. By analyzing whether aggressive buying or selling dominates across multiple venues, we identify genuine market-wide momentum versus single-exchange manipulation. This cross-exchange consensus dramatically reduces false signals.

What is Self-Healing AI?
Self-Healing AI is an autonomous error-correction system available on the Elite plan. It continuously monitors signal quality, execution accuracy, and system health. When it detects anomalies — rejected signals, degraded data feeds, or unusual market conditions — it automatically adjusts parameters, reroutes data sources, and self-repairs without human intervention.
What order types are supported?
We support Market, Limit, and Stop orders for spot trading (all plans). The Pro and Elite plans add advanced order management including trailing stops with 4 cascade levels, TWAP/VWAP execution for larger positions, and ATR-based dynamic SL/TP that adapts to real-time volatility.
What data does Big Data Central provide?
Big Data Central is a comprehensive market intelligence dashboard available on Pro and Elite plans. It includes real-time CVD from 9 exchanges, whale movement detection, L2 liquidity wall mapping, open interest changes, funding rates across 17 exchanges, and a live scanning screen for 537+ coins. Elite users also get VPIN toxicity scoring, GEX mapping, AI news sentiment analysis, and market regime detection.
How often does the system update?
The system operates in real-time. WebSocket connections to exchanges provide sub-second market data updates. Signal evaluation runs continuously, and trade execution occurs within 50 milliseconds of signal confirmation. The AI models retrain on a rolling basis to adapt to evolving market conditions.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cryptocurrency payments via USDT (TRC20) through our secure NOWPayments integration. Credit card payments are coming soon. All transactions are processed securely with full encryption.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription instantly from your dashboard — no calls, no emails, no friction. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No charges will be applied from the next cycle.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing — you only pay the difference for the remaining period. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can change plans as often as you need.
Can I trade futures with the Starter plan?
No. The Starter plan is designed exclusively for spot trading through Telegram signal automation. Futures trading with dynamic leverage (2x-12x) is available only on the Elite Institutional plan. This is a deliberate safety measure — leveraged trading requires the full protection of our advanced risk management suite.
What is the expected win rate?
Our system targets a 65%+ win rate through the combination of 14-engine neural scoring, multi-exchange CVD consensus, and strict multiplicative gate scoring. However, past performance does not guarantee future results. Market conditions vary, and no trading system can eliminate risk entirely. We recommend starting with conservative position sizes.
How does dynamic leverage work?
Dynamic leverage (Elite plan only) automatically adjusts between 2x and 12x based on real-time market conditions. In high-confidence, low-volatility environments, leverage increases. During uncertain or volatile periods, it decreases to protect capital. The system uses ATR (Average True Range), market regime detection, and VPIN toxicity scores to make these adjustments — no manual intervention required.
How do I contact support?
Support channels depend on your plan: Starter users have email support (48-hour response). Pro users get priority email (24-hour response) plus a dedicated Telegram support channel. Elite users receive 24/7 direct Telegram support with a maximum 2-hour response time, plus a personal onboarding video call.

Yes. All users have access to our Discord community where you can connect with other traders, share strategies, and get peer support. We also host regular webinars covering market analysis, platform updates, and trading education.
Do you offer onboarding or training?
Elite plan users receive a complimentary onboarding video call where our team walks you through platform setup, API configuration, strategy selection, and risk parameters.
